In today’s world of cut-throat competition and the raging epidemics, we are sliding further and further down the rabbit hole. It is a sad reality that we live in. With the deadlines and the frustration building, it is highly important to give our brains and our souls a much-needed respite. It is highly important to calm down and take a breather.

I was taking a stroll on my terrace the other day at night. With the twinkling stars above me and the fragrance of the tuberose in the air, I was struck with an epiphany. No matter what rages in humans, nature continues its own course. Stars will still twinkle, the flowers still bloom and the seasons will come and go. Our souls, whose very roots lie in nature, will continue the same way. All it needs is a little breathing space away from the hustle and bustle of life. It needs to reconnect with its roots with nature and rejuvenate itself. This is the very reason why taking strolls in a more natural setting makes us feel happier and refreshed.

As such, it is highly necessary to reconnect with nature. It might be simple ways like meditation or gardening or perhaps even spending some time staring at the trees and the stars. I believe it will take all our stresses away. This will give us the energy to push forward and stand tall to all life throws at us. It will also allow our minds to detach itself from the mundane issues and find answers that we had perhaps not even comprehended. Moreover, it will allow the negative emotions to be quelled and flushed out. Furthermore, positive energy enters our body and gives us the much need push to trudge on in life.

So. whenever you feel overwhelmed in life and in general, calm yourself down and take a breather and allow your souls the time to rebuild its energy.
