4 Drinks And Kadha Recipe To Boost Immune System:
1- Ayurvedic Kadha-

INGREDIENTS:
- Cinchona (Dalchini 1inch)
- Cloves (3-4)
- Large Cardamom (1)
- Black Pepper (1/2 tbsp)
- Tulsi Leaves (5-6)
- Ginger (2 tbsp)
- Honey (1/2 tbsp)
RECIPE:
Add 4 cups of water in a pan and make it boil, take all the Dry spices together and crush them in mortal and pestle. Now add crushed spices in the boiling water, also add Tulsi leaves and Ginger, now keep flame on medium to low flame, and let everything boil for 12-15 minutes (until it gets half of its original quantity). Lastly add Honey and kadha is ready, which is full of Antioxidants.
2- Turmeric Golden Milk-

INGREDIENTS:
- Milk (1 cup)
- Turmeric (1/2 tbsp)
- Ginger (2 tbsp)
- Black Pepper (3/4 tbsp)
- Honey (1/2 tbsp)
RECIPE:
Add milk in a pan and make it boil for once, now add Turmeric in it and boil it for 3-4 minutes, after that add Ginger, Black pepper and make everything boil for 4-5 minutes, and it’s ready to be served.
3- Beet root, Carrot & Apple Juice-

INGREDIENTS:
- Carrot (2)
- Beet Root (1)
- Lemon (1)
- Green Apple (2)
RECIPE:
Take Carrot, Beet root and peal it’s a layer off, now cut these into small slices and put into a blending jar, squeeze a Lemon in it and a glass of water, now blend nicely, lastly strain juice with the help of strainer and out healthy juice is ready to be served.
4- Almond Banana Milk-

INGREDIENTS:
- Almond (4-5)
- Banana (Ripe 1)
- Dates (4-5)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Honey (1 tbsp)
- Flax Seeds (1 tbsp)
RECIPE:
Add Almonds, Banana Dates and Honey in a blending jar, now slowly start adding milk(should be on room temperature) to it, and blend for 3-4 minutes until all the ingredients get mixed together. It’s the easies and healthiest drink to boost immunity.
Essential Nutrients which are present in these drinks are:
- Vitamins- Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin A
