According to the Oxford English Dictionary definition, positivity is: “The practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in attitude.”
That’s right. Positivity is a skill that we learn, not something we’re born with.
Positivity is something that we have some control over, something we can build, something we can grow.

We live in a world that is full of competition which terminates at two ends, that is success and failure, here the skill of positivity intervene through the skill of positivity you themselves have to decide what definition of success and failure you want to adapt.

Through numerous research, it is being concluded that the people, with positive thinking likely to have a good immune system and on the other hand, people who assessed their life as stressful and reported negative thoughts had a significant reduction in natural killer cells-whose job is to target and eliminate virus and tumour infected cells.

Positive approach help to overcome the obstacles of life with ameliorating and positive results. People with positive attitudes can remain hopeful and see the best even in difficult situations.

Learning the art of positivity only called for a little different outlook towards the problems like
• Try to bring up the best from the worst
• Take challenges as opportunities
• Don’t make a mountain out of a molehill.
• Add value and positivity to someone else’s life.
• Focus on the present
• Practice gratitude and,

• Be a troubleshooter rather than a bellyacher

So, stay positive and optimistic in every situation so that life full of hurdles, can become delightful and to grasp this amazing skill one needs to try to enjoy challenges and try to be innovative towards the solution of problems.
