1- KAPALBHATI PRANAYAMA-

  • Keep yourself calm, and Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position
  • Now, keep your hands softly on the knees(you can take Mudra if you feel comfortable)
  • Slowly, close your eyes and Stretch shoulders to make yourself comfortable in this position
  • Inhale the oxygen slowly and normally take a long deep breath
  • Exhale in a quick and forceful manner.

2- BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA-

FOLLOW STEPS-

  • Sit in a cross-legged position and keep your spinal cord straight
  • Now close all the sense organs (Eyes, Nose, Ear, Mouth) softly with the help of palm/fingers
  • Relax and take a long deep breath
  • Now release the breath slowly, by making a Honey bee humming sound.
  • Repeat this process for 10-15 min.

While doing Bhramari pranayama, breath produces a sound which is similar to humming bee, which helps our mind to get peace and relaxation.

3- Anulon Vilom-

  • Sit in a cross-legged position and keep your spinal cord straight
  • Rest your hands comfortably on knee
  • Now, close your Left nostril with the left thumb and inhale deeply
  • Same way release all the breath from Right nostril.
  • Repeat the same process for 10-15 min with break.

4- BHASTRIKA-

FOLLOW STEPS-
  • Sit in a cross-legged position and keep your spinal cord straight
  • Rest your hands comfortably on knee
  • Now, inhale the deep breath with the left nostril and exhale it with the right nostril(quickly and forcefully).
  • Repeat the same process for 10-15 time.
